This representative also serves as the primary point of contact for “all things HR” so there is no need for a client to search through company directories, or be transferred around a call-center environment.
CHR provides clients with a secure web portal that allows clients to view all employee information, submit payroll data, view invoices and reports, and many other features. Additionally, the client can elect to offer their employees a secure web login to view their own HR profile, payroll history, print W2’s, and access to the company handbook, vacation request forms, and so forth. The only thing needed is an internet connection and a web browser.
Additionally, CHR also offers complete Time & Attendance administration and offers the appropriate time-tracking mechanism based on the client’s particular situation. Whether actual timeclock devices are needed, or a web-based solution (or both), CHR enables a seamless method of transmitting payroll data to the client’s assigned Payroll Coordinator at the end of each pay period.

CHR works with each client to establish the desired pay period and pay day structure, and coordinates a convenient means and schedule for submitting the payroll data. Upon initial setup, each CHR department head reviews the client’s particulars, down to the last payroll deduction that needs to come out, and a sample payroll run is sent to the client for final approval before going “live”. This way any conversion over to CHR is done accurately and with no client disturbance.
Simple Fee Structure
CHR’s pricing factors in a variety of services and functions into one simple, easy to determine service fee: Flat Rate Per Check or % of Gross Wages.
We do not believe in charging a client set-up fee, a new-hire set-up fee, a fee for a change in client or EE information, periodic tax-filing or online usage fees. We prefer to keep things nice and simple in this regard, the way we would want our vendors to treat us, and we find our clients prefer this modest methodology as well.
